3rd - 5th Grade

Challenge accepted! Solutions Discovered!

This isn’t your average classroom! This is a space for curious minds who love a good challenge and aren’t afraid to experiment, make mistakes, and think outside the box.

3rd-5th graders take the lead as innovators, thinkers, and collaborators. Each session begins with a real-world question, scenario, or puzzle designed to spark interest and kickstart creative problem-solving. Students work together to explore, test, and develop their own strategies before any formal instruction begins.

Once the wheels are turning, we connect their discoveries to core academic concepts through guided mini-lessons.

Then it’s game time (literally!) with collaborative challenges, hands-on activities, and skill-building games that make learning meaningful and memorable. As students gain confidence, they take their ideas further with independent practice and applied projects that stretch their thinking and encourage reflection.

By the end of each unit, students walk away not just knowing the “how,” but understanding the “why”

and more importantly, how to think critically, creatively, and confidently in any situation.

Because here, we don’t just solve problems, we learn how to tackle them like pros.

In this dynamic enrichment class, students will journey through exciting novels and hands-on math adventures—all in one integrated, project-based experience that’s as imaginative as it is practical.

Through interactive read-alouds and engaging novels, students will dive into character journeys, explore big ideas, and dissect storytelling techniques. Each book becomes a launchpad for discussion, creativity, and exploration leading to exciting projects.

Meanwhile, math takes on a whole new meaning as students build, create, play, and problem-solve their way through the semester. With measuring, planning, designing, and budgeting at the core, students will explore foundational math skills through fast-paced math games and puzzles and by practicing critical thinking and financial literacy through real-world applications

Throughout the semester, students take the lead, dreaming up big ideas, collaborating to solve problems, and putting their learning into action. The semester culminates in a real-world project launch, where students bring their ideas to life for their community. Past projects have included a Haunted House, a Carnival, a Maker’s Market, Lemonade and Hot Cocoa Stands, a Bakery, and even a Smoothie Shop!

Because when imagination and logic meet, anything is possible and learning becomes unforgettable.
